Budget Friendly Farmhouse Fall Decor

Budget Friendly Fall Decor

Hello! I know it’s technically not fall just yet, but I can’t help but want to start decorating for it. The weather around here has been so cool lately that it feels like fall already. It just makes me want to wear sweaters and drink chai lattes! But I figure if it’s September it’s okay to start decorating for fall, right?!

If I had the money I could spend so much on buying items for each season. Unfortunately, that’s not the case, as I’m sure you can probably relate to. So I figured why not share some budget-friendly ideas that are sure to make you feel like you have a cozy fall atmosphere! I’ve created this list of 5 suggestions to help you get ready. They’re super easy to do if you’re short on time…or a bit lazy which I know I definitely can be!

1. Pillows

I absolutely love this pillow! Maybe that has something to do with the fact that I pretty much love everything with a pumpkin spice flavour. It’s a neutral colour that will fit in perfectly with rustic farmhouse decor.

Farmhouse Fall DecorI also just had to include the next one because it is too cute! I love using pillow covers because they are so small to store and make it easy to change up your throw pillows.

Farmhouse Fall Decor2. Pumpkins

Another great way to add a fall feel to your home is to use pumpkins. Who doesn’t associate pumpkins with the fall?! As much as I love a good real pumpkin they just don’t last indoors. Fake pumpkins are where it’s at for incorporating them inside. There are so many to choose from, but these cute little ones are small and easy to incorporate into your existing decor.

This next one is far from classic, but it’s so fun I had to share it! I love how it has a hint of glitter but is still neutral so it doesn’t look gaudy.

Farmhouse Fall Decor3. Scented Candles

When it comes to fall one of the main things I think of are the wonderful scents. I know I already talked about pumpkin spice in the pillow, but it’s one of my favourite’s so I just had to share this candle I found. It is such a perfect fit in farmhouse decor, it doesn’t even look like a typical candle and the smell helps give that fall atmosphere!

This next one is also in a little tin and even has a cute label with an autumn forest on it. The scent is crisp autumn air, how amazing is that?! The nights have been quite cool here already and that crisp cool air is so refreshing. I absolutely love that smell it is so relaxing and makes me feel at ease.

Farmhouse Fall Decor4. Elements of Nature

I’m not really sure what to call this one but I’m sure you know what I’m talking about. We often think of those elements in nature that start falling off the trees as being a sign of fall starting. These cute little acorns can easily be added into your decor by throwing them in a pretty glass jar or bowl.

Farmhouse Fall DecorAnother item from nature often found in fall decorating are pine cones. There’s something about the simplicity of them that makes a perfect fit for any decor. They can be used just like the acorns, or try using them in a fall centerpiece for your table!

Farmhouse Fall Decor5. Fall Printables

I think you’re going to love the next two because they’re absolutely free! I love using printables as part of my decor because they’re so easy to change. Both of these printables are simple and classic, and fit in perfectly with farmhouse style decor.
