Hello! It’s been a busy few weeks and I haven’t had a chance to get a DIY project done. I knew I needed to get something posted so it seemed like a great time to share some other bloggers wonderful projects!
There’s just something about rustic wood wall decor that I love. It gives such a cozy feel but in a unique way that’s not the same as using picture frames. Don’t get me wrong, I still enjoy my frames, but a little something different is a great way to break things up!
If you’ve read some of my other posts, you’ll know I’ve created some of my own wood wall art, the DIY rustic arrows. It can be so expensive to buy any type of wall decor so why not make your own? There are so many amazing options out there and today I’m sharing 8 of them with you that I hope to make one day!
I couldn’t help but fall in love with this one because I’m a huge scrabble fan. Also, it strangely has my husband’s and my name (although spelled wrong, but close enough) in it!
I love how beautiful this one is, and I hadn’t seen a sign created this way before using plywood as the base and painting it. I couldn’t believe it was plywood, it turned out so lovely!
This one is such a fun and unique way to add some character to a wall. It’s perfect for a small wall where you have no idea how to fill the space!
This one is so unique, I would definitely like to make it for a wall in my home. How fun is it using rope to create the lettering? And if you don’t want it to say “love” you can easily change the word!
If you’re tired of having personal photos in frames this is a great way to change things up a bit. You still get that beautiful picture but it’s accented by a gorgeous piece of wood.
You could use this for so many things, not just plants! It can be hard to come up with storage ideas that aren’t boring old baskets and store bought organization systems. This one is a great way to turn organization into a piece of art.
I thought these were such a neat project, having the letters pop out gives it a big impact. They’re absolutely gorgeous and having the wood vertical is a nice contrast with the horizontal lettering.
If you love everything old then you’ll want to make these for sure! They’re so simple and you can turn your own family photos into vintage pieces of art for your wall.
I hope you enjoyed this collection of amazing wall art and found something to fit into your farmhouse or rustic decor. Have a wonderful day!
